A respected and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation team based in Farnham. Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the litigation team
- Formatting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court papers
- Managing and maintaining case files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
- Diary management, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Monitoring court deadlines, filings, and key dates
- Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
- Assisting with reports, billing, invoicing, and general administration
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally
Skills & Experience Required
