A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation team based in Farnham.

Working closely with senior legal professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring legal professional looking to gain valuable hands-on experience within a fast-paced and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients, solicitors, courts, counsel, and third parties via telephone and email
  • Preparing hearing, mediation, and trial bundles
  • Drafting court documentation for County Court and High Court proceedings
  • Assisting with fee-earning work, including drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to Counsel
  • Undertaking legal research to support ongoing matters
  • Managing files, correspondence, and diaries effectively
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Supporting the wider litigation team with administrative and case management duties
Skills & Experience Required
  • Law graduate with previous experience within Dispute Resolution and/or Property Litigation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident interpersonal skills with a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
