A fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a newly created role focused on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customers, support new account onboarding, re-engage inactive accounts, and act as a trusted point of contact. Success in the role will come from developing genuine relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular phone and email contact.
- Manage new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth introduction to the business.
- Reconnect with dormant accounts and encourage renewed engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for an allocated customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
Skills Required
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-first approach.
