An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing to join a busy and rapidly growing conveyancing team based in Farnham. Our client is a well-established and reputable firm offering a supportive team environment and a competitive benefits package. You will be working closely with and supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is a full-time office-based role offering excellent long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Full range of administrative and paralegal support including opening files and ensuring compliance
- Managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Drafting contract packs and preparing Completion Statements (COTs)
- Dealing with post-exchange administration
- Carrying out final searches, lodging SDLT returns and AP1s
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Audio and copy typing, dictation and diary management
The Candidate:
Previous experience working as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing.
