• Collaborating with Customer Development Managers to unlock growth opportunities and resolve issues.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to payment and credit terms.
• Liaising with internal teams—marketing, finance, factory, planning, and operations—to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Handling complaints with empathy and issuing credit notes where needed.
• Offering administrative support and telephone cover across the team.
• Building and nurturing customer relationships through regular, proactive communication.
