Deputy Home Manager Faith House Faith House is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Home Manager to join its senior management team and support the running of a 35-bed Nursing Home and 32-bed Residential Home, caring for approximately 67 residents and 120 staff. Working closely with the Home Manager, the Deputy will help oversee the day-to-day operation of both homes, deputise when required, and provide leadership to staff and Heads of Department. Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager with overall service management and deputise when required. Lead and support staff, Heads of Department and management teams. Act as a senior contact for residents, families and external professionals. Conduct pre-admission assessments and support admissions. Manage safeguarding, accidents, incidents and required follow-up/notifications. Liaise with RQIA, Social Workers, Care Managers and Health
