As a Loss Prevention Officer you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe. You will be a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances, deterring loss on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
You will work closely with the store team to maintain security of our products and aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when required. You must remain calm and professional under pressure, and be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.
Experience in a customer‑facing role in a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
