Job responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for key model risk products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and optimization.
- Partner with model risk stakeholders to design specifications for governance processes and supporting tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, operations, compliance, and other cross‑functional teams.
- Work closely with technology and UI/UX teams to ensure development is budgeted, prioritized, and delivered effectively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate product plans and progress, and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product associates.
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate issues that may impact product development or delivery.
- Present recommendations to address critical dependencies and challenges.
- Provide support to user groups by addressing product questions and resolving issues.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Significant experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective partnerships.

- Working knowledge of Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and fine‑tuning techniques.
