As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job responsibilities
- Drives the direction of a greenfield AI/ML-centric fraud risk product
- Defines product strategy, requirements, roadmap and prioritisation
- Delivers product capabilities that deliver both reactive fraud detection and proactive fraud prevention through AI/ML
- Ships product changes with care and quality in line with the organisation's governance requirements, in close partnership with engineering
- Builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and understand their requirements to a high degree of detail
- Contributes positively to a team culture that operates efficiently and supports each other
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Extensive product management experience, with hands‑on experience building fraud and dynamic assessment products, ideally across a wide range of capabilities including workflow orchestration, data integration, model development and case management
- A desire to solve hard problems from first principles
- A bias towards craft and quality
- Clarity of thought. We operate quickly and efficiently, and we value people who are economical with their time and clear with their opinions.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely. Written commentary is a meaningful part of our everyday working culture.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience building data, machine learning or model platforms
- Experience working with agentic workflows, prompt engineering and LLMs to solve real‑world problems
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
