The role involves leading engagement efforts for payment and card solutions, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. The Lead Consultant is a key advisor on architecture and design reviews, client training, and capability building, shaping solutions that meet evolving client needs.
Your role:
- You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, handle business process consulting, problem definition, solution design, development and deployment.
- You will act as the key advisor on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in‑house capability building, thereby shaping value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs.
Required:
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
- Participate in client discussions to understand the problems faced by the customer and articulate them to the stakeholders.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Effort estimation and proposal development.
- Solutions evaluation and recommendation.
- Architecture design and detailing of the processes.
- Validation, build and maintain process repository.
