Role Overview
You’ll partner closely with the Product Marketing Lead to deliver the execution of go-to-market plans and collaborate with Product, Growth, Operations, and many other teams to translate customer insights into clear messaging, high-impact content, and measurable GTM and product activation plans. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the full spectrum of product marketing within banking. Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and agility are equally important. You will be passionate about the customer experience and excel in a hyper-collaborative, fast-moving environment, able to challenge and be challenged in order to deliver the best product experience to a growing customer base.
Job Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain product documentation/product one-pagers which include market and competitive analysis, research briefing, customer segmentation and messaging guidelines, etc.
- Support feature and product launches, while maintaining alignment on timelines, internal enablement, asset briefing and creation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Track performance of product, launches, campaigns and assets, including working with product or growth counterparts on experimentation or funnel optimisation.
- Keep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a marketing or communications related area.
- Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or a relevant analytical/communications role.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into digestible concepts.
- Experience with crafting GTM/launch plans.
- Analytical mindset: basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in financial services or banking or a related regulated industry.
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working on a mobile app.
