Our Securitized Products Syndicate team is looking for a Vice President in London to manage, market, and distribute new issue ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and SRT transactions. JPMorgan Chase is a market leader in Global Securitized Products. Securitized Products Group ("SPG") Syndicate is fast paced, challenging, and intellectually stimulating. Syndicate works with Banking, Research, Trading, and Sales to deliver best-in-class financing solutions to ABS, CMBS, RMBS and SRT issuer clients.
As a Vice President on the SPG Syndicate team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to providing input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing, strategy, distribution, and pricing of a transaction. You will be a key contributor and decision maker in both EMEA and APAC, and manage client relationships on an international scale.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the marketing and distribution of new issue securitized products and SRT transactions in EMEA
- Act in an advisory capacity for APAC syndicate, origination, sales, issuers and investors
- Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions
- Follow market developments and news, and help to prepare and deliver market updates
- Maintain a variety of SPG and SRT databases
- Organize roadshows and conference meetings
- Build relationships with SPG and SRT issuers and investors
- Opportunities to contribute to SPG Origination and/or Investment Grade Syndicate, depending on candidate's interests and qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Prior experience with structured products, syndicate, or capital markets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously
This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence as assessed by the Firm and, where appropriate, approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
