This is a hands‑on Lead Software Engineer role - you will spend most of your time writing, reviewing, and shipping production code, not managing from the sidelines.

You\'ll own outcomes end‑to‑end - from design through to production support - while actively growing the people around you.

Roughly 70% deep technical execution, 30% technical leadership, mentoring, and direction‑setting.

  • Drive outcomes‑oriented probing for applicability within existing systems and information architecture
  • Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and adoption of new technologies
  • Add to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
