As a Project Manager in the International Consumer Banking (ICB) Risk COO team, you play a pivotal role in driving risk governance and strategic initiatives across our expanding product offerings.
You collaborate with us to deliver regulatory, business, and cross-risk projects, ensuring robust processes and effective communication.
You help us maintain the highest standards in risk management while working closely with business and functional teams.

Job responsibilities
- Work with the ICB Risk COO team in support of the ICB CRO agenda.
- Collaborate with ICB Risk, Controls, Finance, Governance, and cross-functional partners to deliver strategic and BAU priorities
- Coordinate and collate risk responses to NPAs and due diligence requests for investments.
- Analyze and document key business discussion and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.
- Manage working group communications, reporting, and scorecards for key strategic initiatives
- Serve as a central point of contact for critical issues, facilitating timely decision-making
- Leverage subject matter experts and initiative owners to resolve project challenges
- Establish and maintain governance for key projects and processes
- Create and facilitate forums for issue resolution, progress updates, and decision-making
- Prepare meeting materials, document minutes, and ensure clear ownership of action items
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management through scorecards and milestone tracking
- Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Few years of experience in a second line of defence role
- Proven written and oral communication skills to present findings and influence outcomes
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work inclusively across functions, lines of business, and locations
- Proven capability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Experience developing new ideas and improving processes
- Proficiency in Power Point (Pitch-Pro) and MS Excel
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in project or program management within the finance industry
- Prior experience in the Consumer Banking industry
