- Architect and maintain end-to-end delivery workflows across Harness modules, including CI, CD, STO, Chaos Engineering, CCM, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.
- Implement and manage Harness Delegate installations, upgrades, image customizations, and integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Platform, Security, AppDev) to define scalable CI/CD patterns and develop reusable pipeline templates.
- Drive application onboarding to Harness, including assessments, pipeline configuration, troubleshooting, and modernization support (containerization, IaC adoption).
- Integrate security scanners (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) through Harness STO and enforce governance and compliance using OPA policies.
- Leverage Harness AI Agents to automate pipeline triaging, self-healing tasks, intelligent remediation, and policy-driven decision-making across delivery workflows.

- Drive adoption and implementation of additional Harness modules, including the Internal Developer Portal (IDP), Feature Management & Experimentation, Chaos Engineering, and Software Engineering Insights to enhance developer experience, resilience, and engineering productivity.
- Conduct capability assessments, recommend architecture enhancements, develop solution approaches, and contribute to CI/CD transformation roadmaps.
- Establish standards for progressive delivery, including blue-green, canary, rolling deployments, and automated rollback mechanisms.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives, including PoCs, demos, estimations, presentation and proposals.
- Develop and enhance reusable automation assets, pipeline components, accelerators, templates, and technical documentation for consistent execution across teams.
- Configure and manage infrastructure required for pipeline execution, including Kubernetes clusters, virtual machines, artifact repositories, Git platforms, and cloud services.
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability, and quality best practices across all CI/CD and DevSecOps implementations.
- Mentor engineering teams, conduct enablement sessions, and foster continuous learning around Harness capabilities and modern DevOps practices.
- Stay current with emerging Harness features and platform updates, continuously improving delivery blueprints and engineering standards.
