Fairy Inc is a cultural positioning group. We help global brands earn their place with the audiences they want to reach, through strategy, content and creators. We find the alchemy between what a brand needs to say and what its audience wants to hear, reading the signals, codes and unwritten rules of culture to find the truths that scale.

We're looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to own creator delivery across a portfolio of our most significant accounts, including a major global creator programme moving into retainer. This is a hybrid role. You'll be as comfortable shaping a casting rationale and contributing to a concept as you are holding a rate negotiation and closing a contract. Reporting to the Associate Director, Creator Partnerships, you'll own your accounts end to end, with a shared Creator Partnership Assistant supporting you day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Creator Strategy and Casting: You'll own the thinking behind who we recommend on your accounts, working within the standards and methodologies set by our Associate Director.
  • Relationships: You'll be a genuine presence in the industry, building and maintaining real relationships with creators, managers and agents.
  • Delivery and Commercials: You'll own your accounts from brief to wrap, running creator delivery end to end across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Measurement and Reporting: You'll be able to say what worked and why, owning campaign reporting on your accounts.
  • Team: You'll have support and you'll be expected to use it well, managing the day to day workload of a shared Creator Partnership Assistant.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

  • Projects on your accounts delivered on time, on budget and to the standard Digi is known for, with positive client feedback and repeat briefs.
  • Growth in the depth and quality of our creator network, evidenced by relationships you've built and can call on.
  • Negotiated fair rates and terms that protect project margin.
  • Contribution to converted pitches where creators are a core part of the brief.
  • A well-supported, well-briefed Assistant who is visibly growing.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You'll have around 4+ years in creator, influencer or talent marketing, in an agency, talent agency or brand side, delivering campaigns end to end for real clients.
  • You have genuine creative instinct, you can build a casting rationale, contribute to a concept and hold your own in a brainstorm.
  • You have a real feel for internet culture and the creator economy, and you're genuinely interested in the people in it.
  • You're commercially literate, you understand margin, scope and where money is made and lost on a project.
  • You're a confident negotiator.
  • You're client-facing and calm under pressure, with the judgement to know what to escalate and what to solve.
  • You have impeccable attention to detail.
  • You understand the US creator market as well as the UK, including how rates, representation and compliance differ.
  • You're comfortable with performance data and know what strong engagement actually looks like.
  • Some experience managing or mentoring someone more junior is a bonus, but the appetite for it matters more and we can support with any training required.

Fairy Inc is a diverse and inclusive workforce and we encourage anyone who fits the spec to apply. We operate a hybrid WFH/office model. We can make any reasonable accessibility adjustments and accommodations for successful candidates.
