ABOUT FAIRY INC
Fairy Inc is a cultural positioning group. We help global brands earn their place with the audiences they want to reach, through strategy, content and creators. We find the alchemy between what a brand needs to say and what its audience wants to hear, reading the signals, codes and unwritten rules of culture to find the truths that scale. We do it through two agencies. The Digital Fairy works in beauty, fashion and lifestyle with brands including Coach, Charlotte Tilbury, and On Running. PACER does the same in gender-expansive sport globally, with brands, athletes and rights-holders. This role works across both agencies.
THE ROLE x YOU
We're building a shared creator partnerships function across both agencies, and you'll sit at the heart of it, supporting the Creator Partnership Manager in each team and keeping the machine running and deals moving. Your role will be supporting administratively, communicating and contracting. You'll be in the brainstorms, contributing to castings and building slides for pitches, learning from two experienced managers and an Associate Director who will invest in your development. For the right person this is a progressive step into owning your own accounts. You'll work across both agencies and the split will flex with what's busy. Some months that's mostly lifestyle and creators, some months it's mostly sport and athletes, you'll get exposure to both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordination: You'll keep projects moving. Outreaching to creators, managers and agents, chasing responses and keeping conversations warm and moving, always tracking availability, interest and status across multiple live castings at once. Building and maintaining trackers with precision, compiling casting decks and status documents so everyone knows where things stand. Coordinating call times, product send outs, deliverables, approvals and content delivery. Being the diligent one, spotting the detail that's been missed before it becomes a problem. Using internal and client reporting tools to track talent performance, tracking key results and learnings with the team, and supporting with recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Contracting and Admin: You'll own the paperwork and contracting. Drafting and issuing contracts, chasing signatures and keeping everything filed and accurate. Supporting on negotiations, gathering rates and building the picture the managers need to negotiate well. Raising POs, tracking invoices and payments and chasing where needed. Keeping on top of usage, exclusivity and campaign end dates. Making sure disclosure, labelling and platform compliance requirements are met, escalating anything you're unsure of.
- Creative and Growth: You'll be part of the thinking, as well as the doing. Contributing to casting recommendations and bringing names and ideas to the table. Being a useful presence in brainstorms with a point of view. Building slides and supporting on creator sections of pitch and new business responses. Researching creators, athletes, formats and cultural moments, and sharing what you find. Building your own relationships with creators and managers over time.
You'll report to the Associate Director, Creator Partnerships for your development, reviews and progression. Your day to day workload will be briefed and managed by the Creator Partnership Manager in each agency.
WHO YOU ARE
You'll have around 2 to 3 years experience in industry. Your background might be creator or influencer marketing at an agency, junior talent management at a talent agency, or production coordination. Critically, you've worked at pace with a lot of moving parts and people relying on you!
You're genuinely organised and thorough. You don't work on autopilot and you don't let things slip, you have unmatched attention to detail. You're commercially minded, or curious enough to become so, you'll be taught, but you need to want to understand the numbers. You're a strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and comfortable chasing people and meeting agents/creators. You have a real interest in creators, internet culture and the brands we work with. This isn't a job you fell into. You’re ambitious, motivated and excited to grow with your role and make a meaningful impact.
