You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing bespoke marriage proposals from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is for someone who is passionate for planning and decor styling.

This is a full-time hybrid role; availability on Saturdays and evenings is essential, as this is our busiest event times.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Planner / Event Planner in the London Area , United Kingdom, with options for partial remote work.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating engagement proposals and other events, executing proposal decor, managing budgets, collaborating with clients to develop personalised experiences, maintaining seamless communication with vendors, and managing event logistics to ensure flawless execution.

The role will also involve business development activities to grow client opportunities.

Skills / Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook, with the ability to confidently create presentations, manage spreadsheets, produce professional documents and handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience handling event logistics and working under tight deadlines.
• Client management and sales skills to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose compelling event solutions.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to deliver memorable experiences.
• Previous experience in event or proposal styling / decorating is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site and remote work as needed.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car is desirable
