Key Responsibilities- Independently manage day‑to‑day kiosk operations during shifts.
- Prepare and serve desserts to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
- Open and close the kiosk as required.
- Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and restocking.
- Ensure cash handling and till procedures are followed correctly.
- Take ownership of the kiosk and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
- Support and guide other team members during busier periods.
- Be flexible to provide additional cover for staff holidays, sickness, or unexpected absences when required.
