FairWind are currently looking for experienced Installation Team Leads (Mechanical) and Cable Team Leads to support ongoing onshore wind projects across the UK.

The Role

You will play a key part in delivering Vestas wind turbine installation projects, leading teams on active sites and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

  • Proven Vestas installation experience (EnVentus experience advantageous)
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Wind Industry certification (all relevant modules)
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant wind industry experience
  • CCNSG card
  • Electrical Safety Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of cable installation, routing, and termination (for Cable Team Leads)
