We are looking for an experienced Tender Specialist to join our sales organization and strengthen our position in the United Kingdom and Ireland, whilst also supporting the Northern & Central Europe (NCE) region.
In this role, you will manage tenders across FairWind's full sales process, providing expertise in pricing, risk assessment, and ensuring competitive, high-quality offers.
- Experience in tender management, sales support, or project administration – preferably in a technical, construction, or renewable energy environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements and technical documentation
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail in pricing and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the wind industry is an advantage, but not essential
Your Role:
- Manage complex tenders from registration to submission
- Analyse tender documentation, technical requirements, and contracts
- Organize internal meetings to align sales strategy for each opportunity
- Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs for offers
- Prepare price calculations, concepts, and proposals aligned with client expectations
- Ensure accurate risk and cost assessments are incorporated into offers
- Coordinate submission of offers in alignment with Head of Sales and Opportunity Owners
- Respond to client inquiries in consultation with the sales team
- Maintain accurate project records, sales documentation, and CRM updates
- Provide commercial and analytical support during contract preparation
- Contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and process optimizations
- Participate in customer visits and support introduction of new sales personnel
