We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for our wind turbine technicians and provide HR support to our UK office. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for wind turbine technicians, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
- Support inclusive hiring and ensure pre-employment checks and compliance are completed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, certificates, IDs, and training records.
- Provide HR support to managers in the UK office, including guidance on labor law and compliance matters.
- Coordinate offboarding for technicians and office staff.
- Ensure all recruitment and HR processes comply with labor law, GDPR, and internal policies.

- Experienced recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment of technicians within the wind energy sector.
- Skilled at managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
