FairWind is growing in the UK, and we are looking for a Project Manager – Blades to lead our blade service projects. This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact projects in one of the fastest-growing sectors of renewable energy.
UK-based professional who can travel to sites within a day.
- Proven experience in blade projects and project management
- Knowledge of WTSR and wind turbine safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced English + MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
- GWO BST certification is a plus
Your Role
- Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery
- Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders
- Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS
- Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards
- Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits
