Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a UK-based project, working in a 6:2 rotation system. This role offers a unique mix of on-site coordination, project administration, and close cooperation with clients and internal teams.

  • Readiness to work on-site in the UK in a 6:2 rotation system
  • UK driving licence (mandatory)
  • Very good level of English
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Cost-conscious and efficiency-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
  • Experience in the wind industry or renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we will also consider candidates without previous wind industry experience
  • Experience in manpower coordination will be an asset

Your Role:

  • On-site project execution in the UK
  • Coordinating and reporting in the following areas: travel & accommodation, fleet, tools & equipment, manpower, subcontractors
  • Project planning and schedule control
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations
  • Daily representation of FairWind towards clients on-site and building long-term relationships
  • Establishing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation
  • Project cost management with a strong focus on cost efficiency
  • Performing site inspections
