Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a UK-based project, working in a 6:2 rotation system. This role offers a unique mix of on-site coordination, project administration, and close cooperation with clients and internal teams.
- Readiness to work on-site in the UK in a 6:2 rotation system
- UK driving licence (mandatory)
- Very good level of English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Cost-conscious and efficiency-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- Experience in the wind industry or renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we will also consider candidates without previous wind industry experience
- Experience in manpower coordination will be an asset
Your Role:
- On-site project execution in the UK
- Coordinating and reporting in the following areas: travel & accommodation, fleet, tools & equipment, manpower, subcontractors
- Project planning and schedule control
- Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations
- Daily representation of FairWind towards clients on-site and building long-term relationships
- Establishing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets
- Managing and maintaining project documentation
- Project cost management with a strong focus on cost efficiency
- Performing site inspections
