Job Description /n Legal Secretary / Assistant / Receptionist /n /n Fairweather Law is seeking a professional and organised Legal Secretary / Assistant / Receptionist to provide administrative, secretarial and front-of-house support.
Duties include managing reception, answering telephone enquiries, preparing correspondence and legal documents, diary management, file opening and closing, maintaining case management systems, scanning, filing, and supporting Fee Earners with client matters.
Applicants should have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
Experience within a legal practice or as a Legal Executive would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided. /n /n Based in our Acle office Monday- Friday, 9am - 5pm. /n
