This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Private Client work who is confident handling a varied caseload and providing high-quality client care. Key Responsibilities * Managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including: * Wills * Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) * Estate Administration * Lifetime Planning * Meeting with clients both in the office and via home visits where necessary. * Providing clear, empathetic guidance and maintaining excellent client relationships. * Preparing and drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. * Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records. * Supporting the wider team where required. Required Skills & Experience * CILEx or Solicitor qualified, or working toward qualification. * Experience in Private Client work (particularly Wills, LPAs, and estate administration). * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Outlook, and Excel). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional, approachable, and client-focused approach. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. * Full UK driving licence to facilitate home visits. * Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
