Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our friendly Private Client team based in Acle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Private Client work who is confident handling a varied caseload and providing high-quality client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Estate Administration
- Lifetime Planning
- Meeting with clients both in the office and via home visits where necessary.
- Providing clear, empathetic guidance and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Supporting the wider team where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- CILEx or Solicitor qualified, or working toward qualification.
- Experience in Private Client work (particularly Wills, LPAs, and estate administration).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, approachable, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence to facilitate home visits.
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
