We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a high-quality children’s residential home. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. You will be supported by an experienced senior leadership team and Responsible Individual, giving you the autonomy to lead confidently while having the support needed to succeed.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently achieved. You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, promote a positive culture within the home, and build strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the children’s residential home
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care that promotes positive outcomes
- Develop and support a strong, stable, and motivated staff team
