This is a full-time role for an IT Engineer/trainee, based in Hertfordshire. The IT Engineer, depending on experience, will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technical hardware, software, and network systems within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Cabling, installing hardware and providing technical support to staff
- Ensuring optimal network security and performance
- Resolving IT-related issues
- Maintaining networking devices and supporting the overall IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Logical thinker to diagnose and resolve system and hardware problems effectively
- Solid understanding of Networking and Information Technology concepts, including configuring and managing network devices and related systems (nice to have)
