We’re hiring! IT Development Manager – London NW10 | £45,000–£65,000 (DOE)
Fairview Health Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated IT Development Manager to help us take our pharmaceutical operations to the next level.
This isn’t just another IT role — it’s an opportunity to lead the design, development, and integration of business-critical systems that directly support how we deliver for patients, partners, and healthcare providers.
You’ll work across systems like Inventory Management, Finance, PMR, Web Ordering Portals, Reporting Engines, SaaS platforms, and other bespoke business applications, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and securely.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end IT development projects, from roadmap to rollout.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to turn requirements into reality.
- Managing internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, compliant systems.
- Keeping everything aligned with IG, GDPR, NHS standards, and GMDP.
- Driving innovation while maintaining stability, compliance, and performance.
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who’s not just technically strong, but also a confident leader who can guide a team and influence stakeholders.
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years in IT development (with at least 2 years in a management role)
- Proven experience with business-critical systems
- Strong understanding of compliance (IG, GDPR, NHS, GMDP)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in regulated industries — ideally pharma or healthcare
- The right to work in the UK
