Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Public Relations & Media Specialist to help amplify the Fair Group mission and enhance our media presence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in public relations, a strong storyteller, and capable of building relationships with key media contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and compelling brand stories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across TV, radio, podcasts, and online publications.
  • Monitor and respond to media inquiries, coordinating interviews with company representatives.
  • Research and identify opportunities for media coverage, guest articles, and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze media coverage, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in public relations, communications, or media outreach.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with healthcare or mental health brands (not essential).
  • Knowledge of current mental health trends and challenges.
