FairTutors is seeking passionate and committed online tutors specialising in GCSE and A-Level Science subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The ideal candidate will be confident in teaching at least one of these subjects up to A-Level, with preference given to those who can offer expertise across multiple disciplines. Strong dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals is essential.
We provide comprehensive teaching resources so you can focus on delivering exceptional lessons. However, it is essential that you fully commit to every student you take on. If you cannot fully commit to supporting your students, we kindly recommend not applying for this role.
Pay will vary between ten to fourteen pound per client.
Responsibilities:- Teach GCSE and/or A-Level Biology, Chemistry, or Physics in an engaging and interactive online environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both parents and the FairTutors team.
- Maintain clear communication with students and ensure lessons are well-prepared and consistent.
- If possible, provide expertise in more than one science subject at GCSE or A-Level.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably online.
- Confidence and expertise in teaching GCSE and A-Level content in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Relevant qualifications, including strong GCSE and A-Level grades in your chosen science subjects.
- Undergraduate students, newly qualified teachers, unqualified teachers, or teachers who have recently graduated are welcome to apply.
- Gap year students with excellent grades and teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to commit to all students you take on for the agreed duration.
