FairTutors is seeking passionate and committed online tutors specialising in GCSE and A-Level Maths. If you can offer additional subjects, such as Physics or Chemistry, that would be highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to teach both GCSE and A-Level content in Maths and demonstrate strong dedication to supporting students in achieving their academic goals. We provide comprehensive teaching resources so you can focus on delivering exceptional lessons. However, it is essential that you fully commit to every student you take on. If you cannot fully commit to supporting your students, we kindly recommend not applying for this role. Pay will vary between ten to fourteen pound per client.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach GCSE and/or A-Level Maths in an engaging and interactive online environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both parents and the FairTutors team.
  • Maintain clear communication with students and ensure lessons are well-prepared and consistent.
  • If possible, offer tutoring in additional subjects or provide expertise in both GCSE and A-Level content within Maths.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably online.
  • Confidence and expertise in teaching GCSE and A-Level Maths.
  • Relevant qualifications, including strong GCSE and A-Level grades in Maths (and additional subjects if applicable).
  • Undergraduate students, newly qualified teachers, unqualified teachers, or teachers who have recently graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Gap year students with excellent grades and teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to commit to all students you take on for the agreed duration.

  • Confidence in delivering lessons online.
