Job Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our financial services team in our South East regional hub. The successful candidate will support financial advisers by preparing reports, analysing client data, and assisting with the development of comprehensive financial plans. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial planning activities.
- Conduct analysis of client data to assist in developing tailored financial strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and understanding of financial recommendations.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Support the compliance process by ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong report writing and analysis skills within a financial services context.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
- Ability to demonstrate good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
