  • Job Role & Responsibilities
  • Providing all aspects of administrative support to ensure smooth running of the services provided to clients and advisers
  • Annual Review preparation
  • Dealing with clients both on the telephone and face to face
  • Liaising with advisers and other colleagues across the business
  • Processing new business applications to providers
  • Keeping track of new business applications to ensure they go through smoothly, chasing providers when required
  • Managing and maintaining a precise record of pipeline and submitted business to be able to update clients and Advisers accordingly

  • Be able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Work well on your own and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Office 365
