Job Role
We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist/Administrator to join the team in this new role at the Cardiff regional hub.
You will welcome visitors, set up for meetings and events, take room bookings and enquiries from internal colleagues and external partners.
Organise smooth running of the hub including catering and other supplies.
You will also provide administrative support to advisers and colleagues so it's a great opportunity to learn and develop a career in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to visitors/clients and support advisers and colleagues to provide an excellent client experience
- Set Up and Close Down the Reception Area and Meeting Rooms
- Deal with telephone calls, post, deliveries, etc
- Manage the meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support to advisers and colleagues including preparation of client files, research, reports and letters and liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan/policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process.

- Must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to work within defined business processes..
- Have attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Good IT skills, including office 365.
- Good telephone manner.
