Job Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our financial services team in our Cardiff regional hub. The successful candidate will support financial advisers by preparing reports, analysing client data, and assisting with the development of comprehensive financial plans. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong organisational background and a passion for financial planning to develop their career within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial planning activities.
- Conduct analysis of client data to assist in developing tailored financial strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and understanding of financial recommendations.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Support the compliance process by ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.

- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong report writing and analysis skills within a financial services context.
