We are actively looking to recruit a number of Independent Financial Advisers in our Leicestershire Hub office.

Responsibilities Include:
You must be “entrepreneurially spirited” and be able to grow and develop a portfolio of clients with our support.
Research and analyse all suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs.
Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice according to Fairstone standards.
Keep client records updated to understand their objectives and make suitable recommendations. Maintain regular contact with clients.
Provide advice when needed and ensure strong service to support the annual review process.
Stay informed about changes that affect clients\’ financial situations.
Skills and attributes:
Willing to study Advanced qualifications and keen to progress to Chartered status.
Skilled in delivering presentations.
Knowledgeable about financial markets and products.
Able to identify the specific needs and requirements of clients.
Capable of developing strategic relationships within the industry.
Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
