We are actively looking to recruit a number of Independent Financial Advisers for our newly opening Cardiff office in February 2026. Responsibilities
- You must be “entrepreneurially spirited” and be able to grow and develop a portfolio of clients with our support.
- Research and analyse all suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice according to Fairstone standards.
- Keep client records updated to understand their objectives and make suitable recommendations.
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
- Provide advice when needed and ensure strong service to support the annual review process.
- Stay informed about changes that affect clients' financial situations.
Skills and attributes
- Willing to study Advanced qualifications and keen to progress to Chartered status.
- Skilled in delivering presentations.
- Knowledgeable about financial markets and products.
