Working collaboratively with Financial Advisers and other colleagues, you will assist in key financial administrative tasks. You will learn all aspects of the business and become a valued member of the team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a broad knowledge of financial products including both individual and employer pension knowledge, investments, and protection products.
  • Prepare annual review and meeting packs to assist the IFA/Client meeting process.
  • Provide assistance and updates to the client where required including documentation being returned and processed.
  • Liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan/policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process.
  • Progress mortgage, protection, pension, and investment business through to completion.
  • General Administration duties including filing, scanning, invoicing and post.
  • Answering calls promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Preparing client valuations and updating policy data.

There is the opportunity to secure a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
