Fairstead seeks a Collections and Landlord/Tenant Administration Manager to oversee a geographic portfolio of collections and litigation while supervising a 4–5 member team. You will coordinate with community managers, regional staff, and outside counsel to initiate, track, and resolve matters in a timely manner.
You will also manage case updates in the PM system, lead monthly status meetings, and ensure compliance with company standards and landlord/tenant law across jurisdictions.
