We are looking for an Administrator to join our team as an intern to support with our office operations and administration activities. The internship is an opportunity for -learning and growth-, this role supports the team, under the guidance and supervision of their line manager. The internship will enable the development of expertise through cover a range of administration duties and tasks to gain a broad experience.

- Office Administration - providing an excellent service to all internal colleagues to support their experience working for FAIRR (supporting your line manager with queries)
- Ordering office equipment, maintaining stock, ordering supplies, taking deliveries, photocopying, printing, and binding documents.
- Meeting management β scheduling internal and external meetings, creating, and sending calendar invitations, booking rooms, ordering catering
- Helping organise internal events for the team, finding, and booking venues, arranging catering.
- Managing the shared mailbox β reviewing emails and forwarding them or replying to senders
- Ordering and replenishing food stock for the team: Lunches, snacks, fruit, and drinks.
- Ensure that the office is tidy, and fridges are emptied and clean.
- Providing some support to the Finance team with administration (chasing up invoices etc)
- Helping the team with booking events, conferences
- Able to work independently (particularly on a Thursday and Friday when this role will cover the operations task standalone, as the line manager works part time).
- Team player β eager to work as part of a team and gain maximum exposure to existing team members/managers
- Excellent organisation and time management skills β with a drive to achieve concrete results, prioritising and ensuring delivery even when facing competing priorities.
