The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. This role involves advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement, and the generation of insights to support commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance. Own and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker or Power BI. Ensure data accuracy and clarity in all reporting outputs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions. Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Analytics: Apply analytical techniques and methodologies to understand cohort behaviour and segment users. Drive innovation in analytics processes and methodologies.
  • Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data quality standards and governance frameworks. Support continuous improvement of data processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and insight generation skills, with 4+ years of experience in analytics roles.
  • High proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Experience with Python for advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Background in web analytics or customer insights.
