Legal & Procurement Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal & Procurement Administrator to join our team and support a variety of Legal, Procurement, Compliance and Finance-related processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is keen to learn. Previous legal or procurement experience is not essential — we are open to candidates from a broader business administration background. Someone capable, organised and motivated to develop.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting KYC, AML and compliance administration.
• Maintaining contract databases, records and documentation.
• Supporting freelancer agreements and IR35 administration.
• Assisting with supplier and procurement processes , including Purchase Orders and Workday.
• Supporting IT Security Assessments and other compliance activities.
• Managing credit-card reconciliations and account administration.
• Supporting general operational tasks, including suppliers, US registrations and courier management.
• Helping to keep processes organised and identifying opportunities to improve them.

What we’re looking for

• Some previous experience in one of business administration, legal, procurement, finance, compliance or operations would be desirable.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with systems and data.
• Comfortable learning new systems such as Workday, Lexion and DocuSign.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
• A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage both routine and ad-hoc tasks.

Location & Hybrid Working: Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is open to working from our office approximately 1–2 days per week , at our London office with Tuesdays and Thursdays as our main office days.
