We are looking for friendly and energetic Breakfast Servers to join our Food & Beverage team in The Squire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a guest-facing role and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

A little more about what you will be doing:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests each morning
  • Taking breakfast orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered efficiently
  • Setting up and preparing the restaurant for breakfast service
  • Ensuring tables and service areas are clean, organised and beautifully presented
  • Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Handling guest requests and queries with confidence and professionalism
  • Assisting with clearing, resetting tables and maintaining a smooth service flow

Qualifications:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not essential
  • A friendly, positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
