Are you hands-on, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a Golf Course Assistant to support the daily maintenance and presentation of our golf courses, helping ensure they are kept to an exceptional standard all year round. Working as part of the Greenkeeping team, you’ll assist with a variety of practical tasks and play an important role in delivering a first-class golfing experience for our guests.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the daily maintenance of the golf courses and surrounding areas
- Supporting Greenkeepers with general course preparation and upkeep
- Operating tools and machinery safely, following Health & Safety guidelines
- Helping with irrigation, turf care and general grounds maintenance
- Ensuring COSHH and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Course Manager

- Based within the hotel grounds and Greenkeeping department
- Shift work required, including weekends and public holidays
- Full-time and casual positions available
