As a Reservations Agent at Fairmont St Andrews, you will be at the heart of our guest journey, helping to create exceptional stays from the very first conversation. With warmth, attention to detail and a passion for service, you will promote and sell our luxury bedrooms and resort facilities while delivering a truly personalised experience.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, using your product knowledge and natural sales ability to turn enquiries into unforgettable stays.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

  • Handling telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings, using confident sales techniques and a professional, friendly approach.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to enquiries via our website, email and written correspondence.
  • Building a strong knowledge of the resort, including our Spa, Championship Golf Courses and Food & Beverage venues, to confidently recommend and sell our experiences.
  • Supporting group reservations, including inputting rooming lists and processing amendments.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of seasonal packages and special offers such as Valentine's, Easter, Christmas and New Year.

Qualifications:

  • Naturally service-driven, with a warm and engaging personality.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a similar reservations or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Hospitality experience is essential, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
