What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and five‑star standards of care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.
- Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
- Taking initiative to personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.
- Proudly promoting hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay through genuine upselling.
- Collaborating with the wider Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.
- Performing additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC qualification.
