Manage the food and beverage service function of Gordon Ramsay at The Mere restaurant, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery in line with SOPs. Oversee cost-efficient colleague scheduling and maintain appropriate service levels according to business demands. Ensure team expertise in departmental service standards and consistently strive for the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Devise and maintain brand SOPs, continually reviewing products and services to enhance guest experience and financial performance. Attain and exceed budgetary revenue and cost targets through strategic revenue maximisation and efficient cost control. Establish and maintain a specialist team through effective recruitment, performance reviews, training, and development. Manage stock levels to balance guest needs and financial parameters. Stay aware of industry trends and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly. Assist with revenue and payroll forecasting, reporting, and budgeting as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and fire safety procedures. Foster a positive team spirit by leading by example and conducting regular colleague appraisals. Maintain financial accountability through accurate reporting, payment processing, and budget awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Managerial role, ideally within a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
