Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, leisure club, wellness facility, or guest-facing hospitality role (6–12 months preferred).
- Strong understanding of poolside safety, guest wellbeing, and premium service expectations.
- Warm, polished communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests.
- Ability to follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including COSHH and manual-handling guidelines.
- Confidence using radios and basic operational systems.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining pristine presentation standards.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods in line with luxury spa operations.
